Our Story

Pole to Pole Fitness, established in 2013 in Woodbridge, NJ, has blossomed from a modest 500-square-foot room into a sprawling 3000-square-foot haven nestled in the heart of Woodbridge's Main Street. As excitement grew, so did our reach. In 2019, the Pole to Pole brand expanded, proudly unveiling two additional locations in Staten Island and East Harlem, each spanning over 1000 square feet. At all our studios, we celebrate the joy of pole dancing, aerial arts, and specialized classes, offering an exhilarating alternative to traditional gym routines.

Here, amidst the vibrant energy of Pole to Pole, individuals embark on transformative journeys, immersing themselves in our unique spirit and culture. Ours is a world where dedication knows no bounds, where the mantra "train hard, work hard, no excuses" propels every endeavor. In our spaces, the word "can't" holds no sway; instead, we champion the belief that every aspiration is within reach—it's merely the dialogue we hold with ourselves that shapes our destiny.

Central to our beliefs is the notion of community—a second home where a diverse tapestry of students and instructors converge in a shared passion for pole and aerial dance fitness. 

As the driving force behind Pole to Pole, CEO Jennifer "Jen" R. draws inspiration from her roots in NYC's East Harlem. Raised amidst humble beginnings, Jen's indomitable work ethic finds its roots in the resilience of her grandmother, mother, aunts, and mentors who instilled in her the unwavering pursuit of goals, regardless of circumstance.

What began as a personal passion over a decade ago has evolved into a thriving enterprise, with our studio serving as a hub for events, workshops, and instructor training programs. Jen's background in contemporary and hip hop dance, coupled with her Master's in Health Administration, underscores her vision to elevate pole and aerial fitness and dance to the status of recognized sports and entertainment.
